Board Member
Deb Fourlas is a licensed attorney and has worked since 2017 as a judicial clerk for an appellate judge in the Commonwealth Court. Deb was previously in private practice as an appellate advocate. Debra has been volunteering at the Launch Pad since 2022. She has previously served on boards for the Adams County Housing Authority and the Adams County Literacy Council.

Brooke Shaffer has been the Director of Special Education for the Bermudian Springs School District in York Springs, Pennsylvania, since February 2024. She has had a diverse career in education and administration.
Brooke completed her Master's Degree in Special Education with certification in Supervision and her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from East Stroudsburg University.

Kip Goodling brings lots of business experience to the Launch Pad. Kip operates Truck Stop Supply Company from his Newville office. He joined the LP Board of Directors to assist with financial management and help local, young people become successful, community members.

.Nathan Shoemaker is a Newville businessman with experience in local government, small business management and youth ministry! He is the owner of Shoemaker's Insurance and Financial Services. Nathan joined the Board of Directors to help guide the organization financially and support older youth in Cumberland and Franklin Counties.

Over the past 28 years, Jeff has served the community as a law enforcement officer while Julie has served in the Cumberland County District Attorney Office. Jeff and Julie are dedicated to community relations and are passionate about the impact that positive relationships can have in helping young adults reach their full potential to become positive, productive citizens.

Andrea is a Newville local and Big Spring Branch Manager at Belco Credit Union. Andrea's expertise in the financial world has given her a passion for providing financial literacy education in the community. Andrea is committed to helping young adults establish themselves as stable, successful adults through financial literacy.
Secretary
As the Center Manager for New Hope Ministries in Mechanicsburg, Mary is dedicated to helping people overcome obstacles in life and gain the stability to thrive. Mary is passionate about workforce development and connecting young adults to local resources that can help them become skilled, competent employees.
